About Chad

Every business has friction, and every founder has a piece missing. Chad T. Jenkins has spent his career finding both, and turning them into growth for himself and for the entrepreneurs he works with.

The Story

Friction is the Signal, Not the Problem

Chad T. Jenkins has built more than fifty companies, and every one of them started the same way: by noticing something everyone else walked past. Most entrepreneurs treat friction like a problem to solve or a cost to cut. Chad treats it like a signal. The places where a business feels stuck, where an industry hasn’t caught up, where two good ideas can’t quite connect, are exactly where the value is waiting.

That realization became Friction Fuel. It also revealed something bigger: most founders have more ideas than they can execute, while someone else out there has exactly the piece they’re missing. The problem was never a shortage of good people or good ideas. It was that nothing was connecting them.

What He’s Built

From Building Companies to Building Collaborations

Chad no longer just builds companies. He builds the connections between them. As founder of SEEDSPARK, The Growth Activation Platform, and the architect of CoLAB, Chad spends his time helping entrepreneurs find the people who complete what they’re already building.

CoLAB runs on IAM: Insights, Abilities, and Multipliers. Most entrepreneurs have one. Few have all three. Through CoLABhub and the CoLAB Exchange, entrepreneurs map out what they bring to the table, find the people who have what they’re missing, and activate collaborations that couldn’t happen alone. It’s a simple belief with real teeth behind it: collaboration creates more value than competition, and in a world where AI commoditizes execution, insight is what’s actually scarce.

HIS MISSION

One Entrepreneur at a Time

Chad’s constant question drives everything he builds: how can I combine what I see with what I know and create value for someone else? For over 200 years, entrepreneurs have been told to build alone. Chad’s spent his career proving there’s a better way, and his mission is to turn collaboration from a concept into a culture, one entrepreneur at a time.
