Vision
Every breakthrough starts as an idea nobody’s acted on yet. The VCR Formula walks through the four stages that turn a raw idea into something valuable: Proposition, Proof, Protocol, and Property. Vision isn’t considered rare, but turning it into something repeatable is.
Capability
Capability is everything it takes to actually build the thing: people, systems, processes, equipment, expertise. Most businesses already have more of it sitting unused than they realize. The formula teaches you to find your underused capability and pair it with someone else’s vision.
Reach
Reach is the multiplier. The book breaks it into four levels, from simple attention up through Eyeballs, Mind, Heart, and finally DNA, becoming so integrated into someone else’s world that you’re no longer outside it. Attention is valuable. Trust is more valuable. Integration is the ceiling.
CoLABcon
The Book Behind CoLABcon
The VCR Formula was first put into the hands of the CoLAB community at CoLABcon 2025, and it’s become the foundation for how entrepreneurs learn to combine Vision, Capability, and Reach into real partnerships. CoLABcon 2026 is where that framework gets put into practice, live, with the same energy that filled the room the first time this book existed.
